We may use these details to:

We may still send essential administrative, transactional, security, or course-related messages when necessary and legally permitted.
7. Zoom Sessions and Recordings
AlviSkills uses Zoom for live learning sessions and session recording.
Where a session is recorded, the recording may capture participant names, voices, images, questions, chat messages, screen shares, or other information shared during the session.
We will provide appropriate notice before recording and obtain consent or permission where required by law or the circumstances. Participants should avoid sharing sensitive personal information or confidential employer information during recorded sessions.
Recordings may be used for relevant learning, revision, course administration, or support purposes, subject to the notice provided to participants and applicable law.
- Access to recordings should be limited to people who need them for the stated purpose.
- Recordings are not automatically public.
- We will not use identifiable participant recordings, images, statements, or contributions for promotional purposes without appropriate permission or another valid legal basis.
- Recordings should be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for their stated purpose, subject to legal obligations or other permitted reasons for retention.
- Participants should not redistribute recordings or other participants' personal information without authorization, except where permitted by law.
Zoom may process information under its own terms and privacy practices. Please consult Zoom's privacy documentation for details about its processing.
8. Student Projects and Intellectual Property
Students may submit assignments, project files, code, reports, or other work for training, review, feedback, and course-related support.
Students should not submit confidential employer information, personal information belonging to others, proprietary data, or content they do not have permission to share.
Unless otherwise agreed or required by law:
- Students retain rights to their original work.
- AlviSkills retains its rights in its own course materials, teaching resources, and other original content.
- Student work will not be publicly displayed or used in identifiable promotional material without appropriate permission or another valid legal basis.
Students are responsible for ensuring that their project submissions comply with relevant confidentiality, licensing, and data-protection obligations.
9. AI Tools and Third-Party Services
Training may involve discussing or using AI tools, analytics platforms, or other third-party applications. The specific tools used may vary by course.
Third-party tools have their own privacy policies and terms. Before submitting personal, confidential, or employer-owned information to an external platform, review its terms and ensure you have the necessary authorization.
Do not upload confidential employer data, sensitive personal information, passwords, access tokens, or proprietary material to AI tools or project platforms unless you are authorized to do so and the service is suitable for that information.
AlviSkills does not claim that any particular AI, analytics, or learning platform is used unless that use has been verified.
11. Information Security
We take reasonable steps appropriate to our business and the nature of the information to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
No website, online service, email, or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We cannot promise absolute security.
If a personal-data breach occurs, we will take appropriate steps in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
12. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to applicable legal obligations, legitimate business needs, and dispute resolution requirements.
12.1 Enquiry and lead information
AlviSkills has not yet established a fixed retention period for prospective-student leads. We will establish a reasonable retention schedule based on the purpose of collection and applicable requirements.
Lead information should be reviewed periodically and deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed, unless retention is required or otherwise permitted by law. Where applicable, we will respect withdrawal of consent and deletion requests.
This approach does not mean lead data will be retained indefinitely.
12.2 Student and course records
Student registration, attendance, course progress, assignments, and related records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver and administer training, provide support, address disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations.
12.3 Payment and financial records
Payment references, invoices, and financial records may need to be retained for accounting, tax, statutory, audit, or dispute-related purposes. The retention of these records may differ from the retention of marketing leads.
12.4 Zoom recordings
Session recordings should be retained for an appropriate period based on their stated learning or administrative purpose. Access and retention settings should be reviewed, and recordings should be deleted when no longer needed, unless retention is legally required or otherwise permitted.
The exact retention periods and deletion settings must be confirmed and implemented by AlviSkills. We will not represent that a fixed period has been adopted until it has been decided.
13. Your Privacy Rights and Requests
Subject to applicable law, you may be entitled to request access to personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or other available remedies.
To make a privacy-related request or raise a concern, contact:
- Phone/WhatsApp
- +91 7601065537
We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some information may need to be retained where required or permitted by law, including certain financial or legal records. Where possible, we may delete information that is no longer needed even if another record must be retained.
We will handle requests and grievances in accordance with applicable legal requirements. If the law requires a formally designated grievance officer or other responsible contact, the relevant details will be added here before publication.
14. Children's Privacy
AlviSkills primarily provides professional training for adult learners. Our services are not intentionally directed at children.
We do not knowingly collect children's personal information where doing so would violate applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately, contact us so we can assess the matter and take any legally required action.
15. Third-Party Websites
Our website or communications may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services. Those services operate under their own privacy policies and terms.
AlviSkills is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third-party websites. Please review their policies before providing personal information.
16. Processing Outside India
Some third-party service providers may process or store information outside India, depending on their infrastructure and settings. The actual locations depend on the services used.
Where applicable, AlviSkills will address such processing in accordance with Indian law and any other relevant legal requirements. We do not claim that all information is stored exclusively in India.
17. Changes to This Policy
